Hi Lori, have an interesting question from one of our clients. Is there any visibility to Bypass Management records in Scheduler? Essentially how can a scheduler be aware of existing bypasses in place while scheduling/assigning work for the same area? My first thought is the work order level may be too granular for corresponding bypass records given the bypass record's location/asset may be at a different level in the hierarchy Vs the work order location/asset, but wanted to ask the question none the less.

    Thanks,
    Steve

    Hi Steve
I had to ask Russell Bee for a bit of information about the Bypass Management record in order to answer your questions.  As I understand it, this is another work order class but Scheduler cannot bring it in directly.  However if the WO that requires a turn off/on from operations has a field or related record in work order table or child table you could add that field into any of our applications.  If a field is not available you could create it and auto populate it for exposure during scheduling.

    Hope that helps
    Lori
