Customer is looking to perform the following via ICN Java / JavaScript calls. The first is of utmost importance..bulk printing. With any / all of these can someone point me in the correct direction within our documentation as to the calls needed / required?

Here are the customers requirements per a meeting we had with them today.

• Batch printing through the ICN APIs
• Provide the ability in IBM Content Navigator Daeja Viewer or IBM Daeja ViewOne Virtual to define header text per document. (Title Bar Bifurcation)
• Provide the ability to email documents within IBM Daeja ViewOne or IBM Content Navigator

I’d think current ICN print is to transfer documents to pdf files, then use web print interface to show print dialog. Just have a thought that this may work:

• get documents from CPE directly by java API in a plugin service, transfer them to pdf formats by any packages, like open source tools, then use common java call to print to Printer from server side.
