I need help in completing course listed on Coursera. Problem is exercise doesn't work either instruction given in exercise are incorrect or in complete. Or it is outdated because same course listed on edx has exactly same exercise. Creating and testing session variables having issues does not give desired output.
I tried several times just in case to check any steps i am missing but resulted in same outcomes. Repeating same steps again and again does not make any sense.

Attached is google shared doc with snapshot of chatbot, can someone check and suggest me a solution how to go ahead and continue building chatbot in the course. Chatbot for Flower shop.
