Bug in Keycloak in CP4I 16.1.0

    I found a bug in the Cloud Pak realm in keycloak used in the Cloud Pak for integration 16.1.0 

    the bug: when trying to give the user integration admin privilege (on all Cloud Pak instances) in access control
    it gave us
    Could not update role mapping HTTP 403 Forbidden  

    the workaround to bypass the issue: 

    open the redhat Keycloak URL then switch realm to cloudpak realm

    then give the role from it
