  • 1.  BIM - Forge Viewer - choosing version?

    Hi,
    We have Maximo 7.6.1.2 + the latest viewer plugin installed from github

    Is it possible to choose Autodesk Forge viewer version in Maximo?

    For example, can we use the latest Autodesk Forge viewer version 7?

    Maximo system properties are, OOB:
    bim.viewer.LMV.viewer.version set to ?v=v6.3 , 
    bim.viewer.LMV.viewer.viewer3D set to https://developer.api.autodesk.com/modelderivative/v2/viewers/6.*/viewer3D.min.js
    bim.viewer.LMV.viewer.style set to https://developer.api.autodesk.com/modelderivative/v2/viewers/6.*/style.min.css 

    so i'm sort of hoping that someone will say that it is as easy as changing those properties   :)

    v=6.3 is the highest we currently support and tested with current plugin.  Higher versions require a newer version of java and plugin changes to support that higher version.  It's possible to download the open source from github and make these changes on your own but IBM has not implemented  them yet.
