Hi, I'm new to case and just following this tutorial: https://developer.ibm.com/recipes/tutorials/design-business-automation-workflow-case-solutions-using-bpmn-processes/

When I click the deploy the changed solution artifacts to test environment button, it fails. I get the following error:

"The deployment of the Demo Case solution failed with errors: Click the Errors link to see errors." with a trace that doesn't contain an Errors link.

I also see "{"statusCode":"1","errorResponse":{"userMessage":{"uniqueID":"B4012E","text":"The solution that you are trying to edit is either being edited by another person with the same user ID or the solution was improperly closed in a previous session.","Explanation":"The solution that you are trying to edit is either being edited by another person with the same user ID or the solution was improperly closed in a previous session. Concurrent editing by multiple people with the same user ID is not supported and might cause loss of data.","UserResponse":"Verify that no other user is editing the solution, and then click OK to continue editing."}}}"

Any idea what the problem is? Thanks for your help.

Hello Ailin,

Couple of pointers here - 

1) If the case solution are accessible to multiple users, then please check all of users who are using the case solutions have saved the case .. 

or

2) If step 1 is done / completed/ not applicable then please commit the solution , it can be done by clicking vertical dots available in the right side top of the case solution , you can see the option of committing(Commit) the changes.
