In the list view in Work Order Tracking:

Is there a way to batch-update the priority of hundreds or thousands of WOs at a time?

Or does updating priority need to be done manually, one WO at a time?

Not in the Maximo UI but you could use Mxloader or the Export/Import functionality.

Also to add in to what Lee has said, if this is not going to be one time thing, you may want to look at adding an escalation to change the work order priority automatically.
