    Anywhere App: Cycle Count

    Device – iPhone.

    OS – iOS15.

    Case: Click on Barcode icon/button on the landing page/Recount page, it flashes off camera and immediately comes back to page. In other words Camera is too fast and scanning doesn't work. The app has permission to the camera.

    Please suggest.

    Please open a support case for this if you haven't already. We recently resolved a similar issue with iOS 15 in Maximo Mobile. I'm making an assumption the problems are the same but either way, having a case will help ensure you get it fixed.

    Yes we are seeing this as well for certain Apple devices

    I've opened up an IBM case who suggested about an update to the IBM Barcode Scanner Plugin however the file that I received was for the Anywhere Container if you were building the ipa app natively instead of downloading from the Apple App Store.

    I noticed the Cycle Count app was updated yesterday but I'm not sure if it has fixed the issue or not. I've asked our customer to download the update and test

    ok IBM have informed me that they have submitted an update for both Cycle Count and Technician app to the iOS App Store in order to resolve this issue.

    Just have to wait for Apple to review and publish the update

    Hi guys,

    We also had this issue in Physical Count and Issue and Return apps. Our Anywhere version was 7.6.4 iFix 1.

    It has been fixed in iFix 4.
