Hello,

I'm using IBM Issues Returns app 7.6.4. While testing Sync, I noticed that the sync does not work if user is logged in (after number of days set in Settings). User has to log out and log back in, for sync to work.
platform/comm/ConnectionHeartBeat is getting initialized only when user is logging in the first time and hence none of the hearbeat functions are getting called.

I'm also looking to see if there is autologout functionality or whats the appropriate class to implement it in.
