    Hi,

    I have a function that creates a ticket in a ticketing system. After the workflow runs the function and the ticket ID is generated successfully, i would like to complete a corresponding task. Am i able to achieve this inside post-process or do i have to do it inside the function?

    Hi Hock,
    you can't close a task with the in product scripting language.
