We are looking for a better delivery for IBM Cloudpaks fro our customers , in order to deploy cloudpak instance we take more than 3 weeks- 1 moth in order to install prerequisites , bootstrapping , installing and configuring cloudpak instance .

I've been using the Cloud Pak Deployer to deploy CPD with DataStage on AWS IPI (Installer Provisioned Infrastructure) (not AWS ROSA) for our in-house Test environments.

We haven't used it in a Production install for a customer simply because we haven't had the opportunity yet.

However, saying that, it is an awesome tool for speeding up deployments, especially given that we stand up new boxes for each new install and tear down old environments when no longer required. Once one gets used to using it, it's easy to specify your configuration using just a couple of yaml files.

In my experience, I can deploy an environment in a few hours typically 3 masters, 3 workers,  and an EFS File System. 

I even used it to build a 4.8.5 Pre-Release environment from IBM's Pre-Release Staging Container Registry.

Although I know it has the capability, I haven't had the chance to install from private registry yet or in any offline situation.
