  • 1.  Auto update Error

    Hi,

    Recently I have been getting the Auto-update error.  It shows a similar error a few days, later it works fine but again it is happening.

    Please help to resolve the issue.

    Error:

    Pls check the autoupdate version you have got using command 

    /opt/qradar/bin/UpdateConfs.pl -v

    fix central may offer an update depending on your version.

    Have you configured a proxy for update? what about firewall messages in your qradar?

    Pld try manual update from command line or via webinterface.

    problem may be just temporary
