  • 1.  Audit DB stopped capturing all activities

    ​After upgrading from C11.0.11 to C11.1 we are noticing that the Audit DB is only capturing part of the activities it used to!

    Ex: we have more than 50 scheduled reports that run everyday. After upgrade Audit DB logs less than half of them as have run. It's random which are logged and which are not.

    We have not changed any settings, log level is still set to "basic" on all dispatchers

    Anyone experienced same? Anyone knows what could be causing this?

    was your upgrade in the same set of servers or was it a new set of servers?
    Can you please check "Enable TCP" settings in your Cognos configuration under Logging?
