Adding ATGs in ATS:
In ATS side, access the new UI.
Under LHN, click on the ‘Gateway’.
Add gateway servers, providing the ATG host and port details (By default ATG port starts at 8500).
Once gateway servers are added in ATS UI, click on ATGs to go to the details.
Confirm that connections are successful.
Defining ports in ATG:
Now go to the Listener page, clicking on the Listener LHN link.
From the server drop down, select the gateway server.
Click on the arrow button to navigate to the listener details.
Click on the add button to add listeners on the ATG.
Once the listener is added, a listener port will be started in the ATG environment.
If the protocol is SFTP, now you can use any SFTP client to connect to the SFTP port defined in ATG.
Pre-requisite
Please make sure that a user is configured with proper VFS at ATS side.
Runtime
Now when you access the SFTP listener defined in the ATG, use the user configured in ATS.
Depending on the VFS configured for the user, files will be listed and files can be uploaded/downloaded.
No separate application level configuration is required for this setup to work.
As mentioned earlier, the ATGs should be reachable by the ATS.
If the ATG is accessible only via load balancer/proxy from ATS, we have to configure the load balancer details in place of ATG in ATs.
Please let us know if you are looking for any other additional network layer configuration.

Biswa
