Hi Thomas,
Extension to the Nancy's question, I referred to Maximo-BIM user guide for uploading Cobie data, however it starts from the Cobie fields and misses some of the Maximo fields, for instance:
For Location following fields are missing
Priority, GL AccountsFor Asset
Type, Rotating Item, Priority, Purchase Price, Replacement Cost, BudgetedFor Item
Item Number, Lot Type, Maximum Quantity Issued, Order Unit, Issue Unit, Status, Rotating?, Condition Enabled?, Kit?, Capitalized? etc.
How can I upload this data along with Cobie file? Do I need to do 2 upload one via BIM projects and another via MIF to update the data?
Appreciate your help, Thanks in advance.

Subject: Associating Maximo Asset Registry to Revit and AutoCad files for viewing via BIM Viewer in Maximo
Hello Nancy, The element in the model file is linked to asset/location record in Maximo using the Import ID (ASSET.MODELID, LOCATION.MODELID) field stored in the Maximo object. If you want to connect existing Maximo assets/locations to elements in your model file then you can do that using the MIF to update these records with the reference modelid.

Subject: Associating Maximo Asset Registry to Revit and AutoCad files for viewing via BIM Viewer in Maximo
Hi,
Our Facilities team would like to view our Revit and AutoCad files from Maximo. Our Revit files contain spaces with architectural elements only. Our construction "as built" are MEPs created in AutoCad with separate files for each service.
1. Is it possible to use the BIM Viewer plug-in (AutoDesk Forge) to view both Revit and AutoCad files in Maximo without importing the asset registry and prime location hierarchy data via COBIE if we post these files at the building level. We do understand that we can create PDFs from the Revit and AutoCad and attach to the records in Maximo.
2. Is there a simple way to associate the Maximo Asset and Location to the Revit and AutoCad files within Maximo, if the location and asset descriptions are available as a layer in the Revit and AutoCad files.? Our Asset Record carries the equipment name (i.e. AHU-1) from the construction drawings for matching purposes as does our location records.
Thank you
