Application is not available to use....

    I've deployed 7.6.4 but getting this when trying to connect to Maximo

    "Application is not available to use from the current server, please contact your administrator".

    The Anywhere 7.6.4 enablement is deployed and I can see the new additional deployment tab within Anywhere Administrator

    How can I test that the /maximoanywhere servlet is running?

    When I do build all, curl uploads the zip files fine

    Rather strange as I didn't get this error in DEV/TEST environment

    in the logs i can see the module being loaded

    the only thing i haven't seen is:

    com.ibm.ws.webcontainer.servlet.ServletWrapper init SRVE0242I: [MAXIMO] [/maxanywhere] [AnywhereAppUpdate]: Initialization successful.

    Found post with same issue (Unable to connect to Maximo Anywhere 764 application)

    doing maxanywhere/AnywhereAppUpdate?appid=WorkExecution in URL brings 404 instead of 
    {"message":"Not valid request","messageid":"GET_NOT_VALID_REU_QUEST"}

    So need to see why its not delployed properly into WAS

    May I know if the maxappdata.maxappdataid is greater than 1000 for appid 'WORKEXECUTION'?
    If it is greater than 1000.  Could you please run an update statement to set it to less than 1000 and re-test?

    Hi May,

    Do you know if there is an APAR for that?

    We just encountered this issue now in DEV having ran several builds and the maxappdataid began going over 1000

    Are you sure that you are using the same link you use to access Maximo with port even if  you are using port 80 you must type port if you are using https make sure you are using the link with https and https port

    after restarting the JVM and syncing the node to no avail I figured out that I had to generate the websphere plugin and propergate as it was missing the line

    <Uri AffinityCookie="JSESSIONID" AffinityURLIdentifier="jsessionid" Name="/maxanywhere/*"/>

    Can now get the response:

    {"message":"Not valid request","messageid":"GET_NOT_VALID_REU_QUEST"}

    with the url request

    maxanywhere/AnywhereAppUpdate?appid=WorkExecution

    Hi Chris,

       I have seen this error when the Anywhere war file is not deployed on the server.  You can go to WebSphere -> All Applicaiton - > Manage Module to make sure the anywhere war is deployed. Thanks

    I just experienced the same issue but it was only happening on the Issues and Return application. I tried all the suggested fixes but none worked. Not sure why this worked but I changed my port from 9080 to 80 and I can now log into the app.
