Hi team,

We have created one API using SQL database stored procedure. When we are passing JSON payload to the API on local it is working properly. But when we are pushing the same PI on the CP4I & testing the API with same JSON payload it is giving 504 gateway timeout error.

Please suggest some resolutions on this problem.

Hi Sneha,
This is not something we can resolve here.  Please open a case with IBM support to investigate.
Your success case is completing to about 9 seconds.  Your gateway times out at 2 minutes.  Thus, you need to see what the flow was doing with the message that prevented it from sending the response within 2 minutes.
You should also consider altering the flow timeouts to be less than two minutes so that you at least get a better fault message.  The default timeout should be 3 minutes.

Hi Sneha,

As Matthew suggested, probably opening a Case is going to be a better option, but if you want to do some analysis on your own, I would suggest to check the pod log to confirm  the integration server has been started successfully and there is no error.

In your original post you didn't specify how you are connecting to the SQL Server, so maybe the Integration Server is failing to start because it doesn't have all the resources needed.
