The API Connect v10.0.1.5 on CP4I allows you to download a toolkit to enable developers to do development locally. However we see that the GUI for loopback is missing although it is advertised as shown in the screenshot, it looks like either it is missing or only the CLI version is available. In earlier versions of API Connect you could create a loopback application from the GUI without problems, this is the use case we are looking for, any idea if this is something that is possible with the API Connect we have today? - https://ibm-apiconnect.github.io/pot/lab1_items_db.html

The v10 designer is the GUI tools but it has no direct integration with loopback.  The CLI allows you to do ./apic lb4 and create loopback applications   The designer is more generic, it allows you to import oai2/oai3 APIs etc.

Thanks for the inquiry. The POT you referred was based on APIC v5.0.x and out of date.  APIC v10.0.1.x has been redesigned.

With v10.0.1.x, you can get 2 executables from the "CLI + LoopBack + API Designer" link. 
* apic CLI with LoopBack4 integration. You can run `apic lb4` to invoke LoopBack from the command line.  
* API Designer GUI.
