    Hi,

    I would need help for a customization.
    I would like to know the best way to show an attribute from Ticket on a workorder details.

    In our maximo, we can see the attribute TICKET.xxxxxxx on WOTRACK. It uses the ORIGTICKET relationship from WORKORDER to TICKET.
    In Maximo Anywhere, how can I add this to the workorder view in the easiest and cleaniest way.

    Hi,

    I do not know if it easiest way but I would do:

    1. Create nonpersistent field for workorder object
    2. Create automation script to init value as per your requirement https://interprosoft.com/maximotimes/maximo/configuration/create-a-non-persistent-field-with-an-automation-script/
    3. Include field into structure in the OSLSWODETAILS object structure
    4. Add field definition in the workorder resource in the app.xml
    5. Add field to the required app forms
