    Hi, 

    Is there any API/utility available which once runs starts documenting all the source code automatically for all the source members which are available with respect to their source files and their source libraries? 
    And this documentation should include business rules and all the technical validation and program logic in detail. 
    So that after reading this documentation if someone wants to rewrite that program/module/sql procedure/file/ any source member type etc in different programming language then based on that documentation one should be able to do that with minimal help of IBM I professionals.
