I am tying to open the Business processes in MWS. But its throwing the error like, “no server is connected, please check the network connectivity”. Please suggest me the resolution paths.

Which WM version are you using…??
And did you configure the system settings…?? like adding your IS to it.
If not, you should configure that first, and then check.

The version is 7.1.2.I have set the system setting and checked the server status. Still it is giving red coloured indicator and when I move the cursor ove there, its saying Sever unavailable.

1. Check if analytic engine is started.
2. Check if the Environment Configuration is deployed successfully.
3. Check if the file - EndpointRegistry.xml present at webMethods712\optimize\analysis\conf\system has following configuration

After checking all config’s Kishore has mentioned above, check the logs in …SoftwareAG\optimize\analysis\logs directory and post any error if you find there…

Analytic engine is started
Environment Configuration is deployed successfully.
EndpointRegistry.xml present at webMethods712\optimize\analysis\conf\system has configuration mentioned by Kishore.

But at the analytic engine server I am getting below error:
