    Hi,

we have catalogued a bunch of databases in DMC 3.1.1.0. All of them are pretty similar, different development, testing and production environments. They all share the same monitoring profile within DMC. All but one sho details for throughput and resoucrce usage.
Any ideas, what could hinder one database to show up?

And BTW, how can I reset the counters of acknowledged alerts?

    Kind regards

you can execute it again, they have a drop statement

    Hi,

It seems that there is something wrong with that database. Did you view the summary page of that database and is everything right there?

    Best Regards,

Regarding to reset the counters of alerts. We need to either resolve the issue or delete the alert.
    1. Resolve the issue, if there is an alert,  it means the values exceeds threshold, if you think the alert does not make sense, you can either change the threshold or turn off the alert from Settings -> monitor profile.
    2. You can also delete the alerts, click the red/yellow icon, you will be directed to "Notification center", you can delete the alert from there, note that DMC would generate the alert again if the values still exceeds threshold.
So basically, you can change the threshold or turn off the alerts.
