    All,

    Just checking to see if anyone of a way in achieving the following use case.

    If there a way to create a job or schedule to run multiple reports and attach the outputs and send out them as a single email from Cognos Analytics? The version we are on is Cognos Analytics 11.1.1 (IF2).

    This can easily be achieved using Event Studio...

    Thanks Richard. I am already using Even Studio for specifically this but was hoping there was a easier solution in the re-added job's UI which I may not be aware of. I did play with it quickly but did not see anything in it so thought I should post it here in case anybody else knew of  a 'not-so-obvious ' way :)

    Thanks for sharing your idea! I am the Offering Manager who looks after scheduling in Cognos Analytics and this is something we've heard multiple times. We collect all the ideas in the Aha! RFE portal and everytime we prioritize features to go on the roadmap, we go back to it to see what our customers want. ​

    It would be great if you can comment your detailed use case, how you would expect this to work, and even any enhancements that would be great for this in the RFE here - https://ibmanalytics.ideas.aha.io/ideas/CAOP-I-83. We'll definitely take that into consideration!

    The solution works for me, all the time when running interactively, but if you want to run this multiple report in background i.e. schedule then make sure that all referenced reports use the same data source as the multiple report itself. I've attached here pdf and xlsx result of two Get started sample reports that was run in one multiple report.
