Why isn't there a simple how-to about manually entering classifications into Maximo? I want to add the Uniformat II classification by typing it in. Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Hi George,

I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to do but I always find the blogs by Andrew at Maximo Secrets a great way to learn areas of Maximo that I am not familiar with.

Here is one on item classifications that might help get you get started. Item Classifications – Generating Descriptions in Multiple Languages – Maximo Secrets.

    Hope this helps.
