Maximo Mobile for EAM V8.6.

Trying to add an Item from Material Request page. The item look up doesn't show any results. 

MXAPIITEM Object Structure - OOB Saved Query "SHOWITEMS" returns results when verified from desktop.

Please suggest

When you say "verified from desktop", do you mean that you used the web version of Technician and it works or that you took the query and used it in the Item application? If you only tested the query in the Item application, I'd definitely suggest testing it in the web version of the app to see if you're still seeing the same issues. Opening developers tools will allow you to see the network requests to make sure that you have the necessary security permissions to the object structure and that data is being returned.
