can you verify that IBM CMIS is in place and working fine?
If you would try to access it from the browser, it should give something similar:



If it's not ready to be used, first you would need to install it. I am not an expert here but here looks like an appropriate place to start:

When you run the "test connection", the BAW server tries to reach out to the CMIS repository Service URL which you can see in the error message.
As Tomas already pointed out, the first step would be to check whether you can open the FNCMIS root URL (which is normally /fncmis but can be changed as part of the installation process) from a browser. 
If this is possible, you should also validate that the BAW server can reach this URL, e.g. by executing a curl command.

Thank you for your answer yes indeed I must proceed to the installation of CMIS it is not installed ,I am still seeing the documentation for this
