We are building a BAW case solution which has an activity created using the option "Activity with a new Process". When a case is created, the task appears in the Role Inbasket. Once user opens it a pop-up is show to claim it. Once claimed, the task is moved to personal Inbasket. This is the default behavior.

Users don't want the task to be moved to the personal inbasket rather they want it to reside in the role queue with a lock icon showing the name/id of the user working on it as a tooltip. And they also want that another user could open that task in read-only mode.

This desired behavior can be achieved exactly using the activity created using the option "Activity with new FileNet P8 Process" but since it is recommended to use BAW Process and to leverage the CSHS capabilities we are going with "Activity with New Process".

Can this be achieved some how.
