I am having a problem with the authentication of users using LDAP and Active Directory. Specifically, in my configuration I have set up the ability to authenticate on Cognos using the credentials of users present on Active Directory. Therefore, I have set up the information about the Active Directory server and the user that I use to authenticate on Cognos Configuration. Suddenly, this authentication is not successful, even though no changes have been made to the Active Directory server and to the user that I normally use (The log shows the following error LdapErr: DSID-0C090590 Incorrect User Name or Password). What could be causing this?
This configuration stopped working suddenly, it has always been used correctly
