Hi,
I am new to Cognos Analytics 11.0.13 and currently having issues on accesses.
I have manually uploaded an excel file as data source and created a dashboard from it.
The admins (3people) can already access the dashboard, but the members I have created thru bluegroup, some can access, some cannot. Below is the error encountered.

It would be interesting to compare the groups and capabilities of users who can and cannot see the dashboard.
You can ask them to click on the "Personal Menu" icon, then "My Preferences" -> "Personal" -> "Advanced" -> "Groups and Roles".
I am guessing there will be differences.
