I've just installed fix pack 2 for 9.8 and all of my LPEX editor windows have reverted to the default white background.

LPEX Editor Appearance Palette preference is not preserved in all cases

Work around:
If the General>Appearance Theme preference is 'Dark', the LPEX Editor Appearance Palette preference is set to 'black'.  Otherwise, it is set to 'eclipse'.

We agree that the current behavior is a defect and the users setting should be honored. If they wished it to parrot the Theme, they should have added a Theme setting to honor the current set theme.

I'm sorry the defect wasn't fixed in this release. 

The issue was raised to the LPEX developer from IBM during COMMON this fall, and I'll raise the issue again next week when we meet with IBM. 

I've just installed the lates fix pack, and see that this bug still hasn't been fixed.

I've also just ready the fix pack contents and again I am left bewildered at the lack of content.  There's so much stuff that could be address, enhanced, etc. and this is all we get after 6 months.
