  • 1.  9405-520 - 01_Base CD

    Hi Guys,

    I have a down server, and my hardware contractor is telling me I need the 01_Base CD for our iSeries (Ver 5.3)

    Does anyone happen to have this? I looked on the IBM site, and all I can find is the 5.4 version

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Dear William

    Do you have a tape cartridge that you did a SAVSYS or save entire system with?  If so and if you are not able to obtain the desired CD, you can consider using an alternate IPL from tape device instead.

    Good Morning Satid,  Sadly, the tape backup only contains data from our ERP system.  No System files I am told.
