As usual IBM tell you very little

I'm looking to find out how to add/remove detail tiles; How to create and where to store the where clauses for work order selection; how to add the assignments tab; How to add actions etc

There is always scope for more formal documentation/how tos.

If you need specific information that isn't in the help pages then it is worth raising an RFE outlining what you need. Topics like this should easily get votes and I can help with that.

The work centres are relatively new so I would expect there to be interest in producing the documentation particularly with the current focus on support. I can also make sure that the IBM documentation team are aware of the RFE.

IBM have recognised my work to promote better support for Maximo installations by naming me an IBM Champion in 2017 & 2018.

Hi Geoff, As Alex has indicated, configuration is not yet fully supported and is something we are targeting as part of our roadmap. As such, adding/removing tiles and actions is not supported. However, some limited configuration is possible.
