  • 1.  2-Step Cluster- Creating Excel Typing tool

    Posted Fri May 09, 2025 04:59 PM

    Hi,

I have run 2-Step Cluster in SPSS and exported final model in XML. I would like to create tryping tool in Excel so that it can be used to classify new data.

Has anyone work on the same? If not in Excel, can we create in Python?

    Best regards,

    Kedar

I always ran a discriminant model to predict segments.  From that you can pull the pearson coefficients and either build the prediction model in spss or excel.

A discriminant model is very different from a  two-step model.
