So what did they say?

And yeah, I hope they focus on fixing all the 11.1.7 issues BEFORE forging ahead.  That's been one of the biggest problems with 11.x over 10.x and prior versions (we've used Cognos since DS 7!).  Too much effort on new whizbang features for the sales presentations and not focusing on fixing the bad bugs - or testing enough before firing out a new version that has new bugs!

Don't rush them to release it before it's ready!

That being said you folks are all pretty brave jumping on Release 0 of a new version.  For us 11.1 didn't get stable enough in our testing until R5 and even then we had to have an emergency IF (1004) to fix a bad bug discovered only after we went live.

We'll probably wait till at least R5 with 11.2 before we start testing it VERY THOROUGHLY in development.

Trust it will IBM not take more as one day to upgrade from CA 11.1.7 to CA 11.2.0 ?
If not, why going to the cloud .....

Maybe it was the FP3 fix pack ??..  that's they updated, but it wasn't the 11.2.

We had trouble finding this download as eAssambly. So, we do not have the installer.
