Optim Recognizes Columns by ColumnOrder in the DB, or by Matching Names?

    I am falling into a weird error and maybe you can help me with that.

    I have two exactly the same databases from Source and Target; However, the Target database has a different column order than Source.

    For instance:

                    Source                                                  Target

                     ID                                                            ID

                    Sex                                                         E-mail

                    Name                                                    Sex

                    E-mail                                                    Name

    When I run a Convert step, Optim does not recognize the tables by Name, but by Column Order. 

    Does someone know if it is possible to change that?
