InfoSphere Optim

It's that time again to gather ideas for the Panel Discussion segment of our quarterly OVUG meeting coming up on September 19.

Please post ideas or questions as replies in this thread that you would like the Optim User Panel to discuss during the meeting. This is your opportunity to have your questions addressed by multiple panel members who have years of experience with the software.

Questions posted on this thread get priority and are addressed before we accept any questions from attendees during the User Panel Session. Topics can be best practices, installing or upgrading Optim, how-to, etc., so let's get this conversation going!

I would very much like to see a demo of accessing the Optim software downloads, including fixes.  We have had quite a bit of confusion about what files we need.  We run Optim on Windows and were not expecting to download tar files.  When we opened a case with Optim support, they could not tell us exactly what we needed or how to access it because they did not have access to Passport Advantage.  Does anyone have a complete list of the files we should download if we only use Test Data Management functionality?
