I've never seen something like that. I query that table for Health Checks all the time on various versions. The table is properly populating as expected in v15.0 as well.

Subject: Why would sysptprof have 0 entries for all counters?
I have looked at a client's sysptprof in search of some sequential scan information and found all entries in the table to be 0. The profile stats show over 200,000 sequential scans since the last profile reset. Then I ran a Select MAX() against every column in sysptprof. They are all 0. Similar situation is occurring in their Dev, QA, and Prod environments.
The client is running 14.10.FC10 on GNU/Linux. What could be causing these entries to all be 0? I don't recall ever seeing this. Even after a reset, the buffer counters start rising (almost) immediately.
