We are working on Upgrading our Sterling B2B Integration from 6.0.2 to 6.2.X and we are facing issue when we try to download and open the GPM from 6.2.X version it says unable to launch application. We also checked from our IF team that there is no firewall issue is preventing from opening the GPM. Below is the error message on the Wrapper Exception tab.

Can you check if you are using IP or DNS names in sandbox.cfg file.

Check if you are correct Java version (32bit JDK), OpenJDK1.8.0_212 is also fine.

If you are seeing security exceptions, then add security exceptions for that URI

    Also share, .jnlp file
