Ldap Bind Failure error code 32

    We are using Sterling Control Center Monitor, and we want to login using the LDAP ID and password. We are using SEAS to connect to the LDAP server. We are getting a Ldap Bind failed error when we login to Control Center using LDAP ID. The below is from the SEAS log

    2024-10-18 08:16:54,410 [Service-55] ERROR AbstractBindAuthenticationStrategy - AUTH002E Ldap Bind failed for cn=FIRSTNAME LASTNAME uid=LDAPID,ou=ouname,o=xyz.com, c=US 
    [LDAP: error code 32 - No Such Object].
    2024-10-18 08:16:54,410 [Service-55] ERROR AbstractBindAuthenticationStrategy - AUTH300D Authentication failed

    As per our internal LDAP team, on ldap the DN is "cn=FIRSTNAME LASTNAME+uid=LDAPID,ou=ouname,o=xyz.com, c=US"

    If you see there is + sign before uid..

    Any help on resolving this is appreciated. Thanks.
