All connection attempts to EA servers failed

  • 1.  All connection attempts to EA servers failed

    Dear Team,
    We have added Sterling External Authentication server in Sterling Secure proxy, and when we added the SEAS server in the SFTP adapter in SSPcm, unable to start the Adapter.
    The above attached the screenshot regarding following error.
    could you suggest the solution.
