Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Login to Sterling B2B Integrator:
- Open your browser and navigate to your Sterling B2B Integrator URL.
- Log in with your administrator credentials.

2. Navigate to Mailbox Management:
- From the dashboard, go to the "Deployment" tab.
- In the Deployment tab, locate and click on "Mailboxes".

3. Create a New Mailbox:
- Once inside the Mailboxes Management interface, click on "Configuration" in the bottom panel.
- Click on the "Create a new Mailbox" button to start setting up a new mailbox.

4. Configure Mailbox Details:
- Mailbox Name: Provide a unique name for the mailbox.
- Parent Mailbox: If this mailbox is part of a hierarchical structure, select a parent mailbox. Otherwise, leave it as default.
- Description: Optionally, provide a description for future reference.
