Advocacy Opportunity!

Hey, how about a product review? It doesn’t take long, and it’s so worth it!

If you have a bit of time and you’re interested in a relatively quick and easy advocacy activity, product reviews are the thing for you! Product reviews are helpful in two ways: 1) you help other ‘would-be’ buyers in their decision-making, and 2) you help send a message to product developers and managers about what’s great and what needs improvement. 

Generally, the top three websites for software product reviews are TrustRadius, G2, and Gartner Peer Insights– and most product reviews take no more than 10 minutes of your time. 

If you decide to do a product review and you’re thinking about applying to the IBM Rising Champions Advocacy Badge program, you can count a product review towards an act of advocacy. But remember, you need a minimum of two acts of advocacy to receive the first badge, IBM Contributor. And if you start an application, please ensure you submit your published product review URL along with your application. 

If you’re already part of the IBM Rising Champions Advocacy Badge program or the IBM Champions program, and you’re doing product reviews, please add them to your activity reports along with the links to the product review.
