Quarterly Advocacy Call (IBM Rising Champions and IBM Champions) 1Q/24
In late 2023, we launched a new initiative, a pathway to becoming an IBM Champion. The IBM Rising Champions Advocacy Badge program is a graduated program, which recognizes, acknowledges, and rewards IBM technology advocates who may be advocating on behalf of IBM or wish to progress through IBM’s badging process towards a future nomination to become an IBM Champion.
We are excited to kick off our quarterly advocacy calls with some very special guests who will tell you more about the about the program and others who will discuss tips and tricks about advocating:
- how to write great abstracts for call for speaking opportunities. Hear from a User Group Conference Chair, as well as someone from IBM who sits on the IBM TechXchange Selection Committee.
- how to engage effectively on the IBM TechXchange community. Find out from an IBM Champion 'super-advocate' on the IBM TechXchange Community and his tips and tricks about community engagement, as well as IBM's Program Director for the IBM TechXchange Community.
In addition, we will feature a special guest IBM Champion to tell you more about effective strategies you can consider on your pathway to advocacy and the value to you, your career, and your organization.
