I think ours is probably a firewall issue too - we have a rule in place for the existing URLs so I'm presuming that is blocking the connection right now. I tried disconnecting from the corporate network etc but that still failed so maybe that's just me not understanding that the firewall is all-powerful on our laptops!

Likely a firewall issue - has IT been notified and have they opened up the new host on port 22?
You can also check using:
powershell Test-NetConnection ft-eu.planning-analytics.cloud.ibm.com -Port 22
assuming ft-eu here but change per your region...

We are unable to connect via FileZilla using the new host/fs_name. We can still connect using the old credentials.

Hi Tracy,
Appreciate your response on this.
I can still use a FTPS client to connect using the old credentials but not the new - I get the same timeout behaviour as you see in the Drive Explorer so thought they may be related.
I guess I was looking for any of the community out there to try testing an FTPS client connection into the new location to point me the right direction

Hi Chris.
We are investigating an issue with Drive Explorer, when connecting to remote environments (right panel). Customers who use FTPS may not be able to connect to the remote environment using Drive Explorer.
Direct FTPS connetions from other clients, drive explorer connections to local environments (left panel), and customers using SFTP are not affected.
Customers who need to move data between environments may use an FTPS client to transfer files.
We will be posting resolution updates to the issue on the PA Status page.

I've downloaded the Welcome Packs for our PAoC environment and I see that the new ftp address and credentials are indeed now in there.
I've tried a couple of methods to connect to the FTP site using these details but I'm getting a timeout. My welcome pack is directing us to connect to ft-eu.planning-analytics.cloud.ibm.com.
I just wondered if anyone else has tried (and been successful) before I start asking IBM for support.
Many thanks!
Chris
