Hello everyone,
We have an issue with a report that uses an event studio agent to be sent to users.
This agent bursts a report in PDF format and send an e-mail with this PDF report output as an attachment.
Everything was fine until the last run, now the agent generates PDF as usual (this step is OK) but the attachment that is included to the e-mail now is a HTML file.
This HTML attachment contains the Error: "CNC-DS-0008 No output available Error"
So far, I've tried few things:
Delete and re-create the agent
Trim the data item e-mail address used as burst key for the report (PM82125: CNC-DS-0008 No output available error when bust key has spaces. (ibm.com))
Check if the agent runs in another environment (same issue everywhere)
Can someone please help me on this issue?
