We recently upgraded from Cognos 10.2.1 to Cognos 11.1 R4.
We have an Event Studio Report which was created in Cognos 10.2.1 and was running fine.
This Event Studio Report runs a Report Studio Report as PDF output, and sends an e-mail with the report output in PDF format as attachment.
The e-mail recipients are supplied through a data-item. This Event Studio Report is scheduled to run on a specific time.
When this Event Studio Report is triggered through the Schedule in Cognos 11.1 R4, it does not generate a PDF output and the e-mail does not have the PDF output as attachment, instead it has an HTML attachment.
The HTML attachment contains the error: "CNC-DS-0008 No output available for <>"
Can anyone please help us on this issue.
