I've got an issue where a single server Cognos install is automatically registering a duplicate (non FQDN) instance of the same dispatcher. I can unregister it, but it appears again in a matter of seconds. I've scraped through the entire cogstartup.xml as well as everywhere else I can think of. Has anyone else run into anything similar? If so, how did you track down the cause or what was the fix?
