    Good afternoon

    We are currently on version 2.0.62. We have SSO and SSO work fine on PAW. When the users log into PAX they click on continue and then a second login screen pops up. In the past with SSO you will only have to put in your user id and password once. Please see print screens with steps attached.

    Has anyone experienced this issue?

    I had this problem too, but mine was also coupled with the attached screen and error which stopped PAX from working.
     
    The issue was recognised by IBM support and we were due to do a support call with them so they could help me fix it, but PAX 63 became available, so I did a full uninstall of PAX 62 and installed PAX 63 and the issue went away.

    If I'm reading it correctly, the document only shows one password challenge, but the two-screen presentation is the first screen (shot 2) for username to send you to the appropriate auth system, and the second (shot 3) to input your credentials.

    Is the last screen repeated? otherwise i'm not sure of the problem

    Regardless, this could be an issue in how the federation (etc) is set up.

    It's probably best to reach out to us in a support context to continue, as we may need to discuss more specific details privately.

    Hi,
    I had this happed before, it generally happens when the PAW and CA servers are not set up as trusted/local servers on the users computer.
    Start "Internet Options" go to security tab.  Then make sure the servers are set up in local intranet or trusted sites, and the custom level is set to automatically login.
