    In Cognos, there is a "WEB page" widget in the dashboard to which you can link a URL. Is it possible to enter a URL in HTTP?

    In Cognos, developing a dashboard I need to link it to another web page using the widget called "WEB page" to which it is possible to link a URL, which necessarily requires a URL in HTTPS. Is it possible to enter a URL in HTTP?
