    Hi Team - I am unable to export Cognos Dashboard in PDF format, and there is no Error message on Screen, also no Popup blocker, As Click on Share Button then Export it just get Screen Blink than no response.

    I have added this line in cognos.conf file

    RewriteRule ^/ibmcognos/bi/(dashboard-print.html) /bi/$1 [PT,L]

    any guide line is highly appreciated.

    I got the same issue in 11.2.4 with some "big" Dashboards (more that 2 tabs with a specific set of visualizations) the export hangs in the "Building PDF...." process.

    IBM corrected that issue with 11.2.4 FP4.

    Hello Hashim Raza. I am currently taking a Professional certificate program with IBM on Data Analytics. I have been trying to export my dashboard for module project submission but i am not able to. It brings up the building PDF status and then just freezes without proceeding to the print PDF page. I am currently using the trial version online for Cognos IBM Analytics, please help 🙏

    HI Samson - you are using Cognos Trial version 12.0.3 and we can not verify anything on Cognos Server, and it should export Dashboard in PDF, please following steps if any step missing.

    1) Clear browser Cache. (2) Try it in Private window (3) Try Edge / Chrome (4) Make a new Access with new ID.
